Our Microblading Fundamentals® course teaches you 3 basic hair stroke patterns. We teach you how to identify the different pattern in each client. No eyebrow is the same, and no woman should have the same eyebrow as another. Eyebrows are individual and not cut from the same pattern
Color Theory is extremely important!
No artist would be complete without at least a basic understanding of color theory. Every fundamental course should include basic color theory. Knowing skin tones, pigment base, and how it heals underneath the epidermis is crucial before launching into your Microblading career. Artists without this knowledge will most certainly create unwanted healed results from their Microblading work. Work from an untrained artist can heal grey, pink, blue, or even green. Be sure you get trained in color
Practice before class!
we mail you a pre-course kit with online practice materials and videos as soon as you register. Practice makes an artist better, and students come prepared to class, ready to work!

Autoimmune and auto-inflammatory diseases affect over 50 million Americans. Both of these disorders share common characteristics such as frequent episodes of inflammation followed by symptoms that may include rash, fever, joint pain, and joint swelling. These symptoms result when the body attacks its own tissue due to dysregulation of the innate immune system causing increased inflammation throughout the body. Over the past decade, numerous research articles have shows the benefit of complementary medicine and nutrition in the treatment of chronic inflammation.
Despite evidenced based clinical research that supports the use of alternative medicine, many insurance companies and medical providers choose not to advocate for the use of these supplements. This paper reviewed the ongoing proposed benefits of Liquid Turmeric, a spice from the root Curcuma longa, a member of the ginger family as an anti-inflammatory agent.
In-vitro and in-vivo research show various activities, such as anti-inflammatory, antiviral, antifungal, cytokines release, antioxidant, immunomodulatory, enhancing of the apoptotic process, and antiangiogenic properties of Turmeric. Challenges of treating and managing chronic inflammatory disease, and alternative treatment options were also highlighted.

If used before and after any surgery it will decrease the pain and inflammation and accelerate the healing and the return to balance. Though Yogis minimize the use of pungents, they do use Turmeric for many reasons, one being it is so good for the tendons and ligaments. It helps them to attain and hold asanas and to avoid injuries.
In the same way it minimizes the pain and inflammation related to any kind of exercise or strenuous activity. Perhaps Turmeric’s most important anti-inflammatory mechanism centers on its effects on the Prostaglandins (PGs), a large family of potent lipids produced by the body. PG1 and PG3 calm the body while PG2 inflames the body.
Turmeric is a potent inhibitor of cyclooxygenase 5-lipoxygenase and also 5-HETE production in neutrophils. Reducing these enzymes means less arachidonic acid metabolism, which means less PG2, which means less pain and inflammation.

Just imagine if you could understand why your cat was sulking in the corner. Howmuch better would you be able to provide the love and care to ease his concerns and
bring him into a happy mood once again?
● Have you ever lazed about on the couch with your cat nearby, showing your affection
with your closeness and perhaps even wanting to actually tell her that you loved her?
● Imagine what it would be like to actually speak to your cat. And I do mean, to have a
two-way conversation. As simple and rudimentary as it may be, it’s still 1,000 times
better than what I see so many cat owners doing: using some animal form of baby speak
that doesn’t mean anything to felines.
Yes, all of this is possible when you actually understand your cat. As it turns out, those meows
you’re used to hearing form about 20 different sounds. When combined with body language,
they open up a wide array of actual words that can be thought of as “cat language”.
The Cat language Bible, therefore, is our research-based guide to understanding this
language, and also responding back to your cat in a way he or she can also understand.
